Yes. The free plan lets you fill in your whole background and publish a complete portfolio, with no credit card and no time limit. Pro adds detailed analytics, your own domain name, unlimited portfolios and bilingual portfolios. Its checkout isn’t open yet.

A published portfolio is open to search engines: it declares its own canonical address and is listed in the site map. Whether and when it gets indexed is Google's decision, not ours — on a new address it often takes a few weeks. A portfolio you haven't published is never indexed.

The interface is bilingual for everyone. Publishing your portfolio itself in both languages, each with its own address, is part of the Pro plan, which isn't open yet.
No. As long as it's a draft, its public address doesn't show it and search engines are told not to index it. You decide when it goes live, and you can keep editing afterwards.
Yes, both. Unpublishing takes your page offline straight away and keeps your content, so you can publish again later. Deleting your account removes your data and the files you uploaded.
